Yes! We offer free delivery across Singapore for all orders $30 and above. For orders below $30, a standard delivery fee of $1.90 applies at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Singapore typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details. You can also log in to your Halopetz account to view your order status at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, PayNow, GrabPay, and more — all processed securely at checkout. We do not store your payment details.

Do you have a subscription or auto-replenishment service?

We understand that running out of your pet's food is stressful! While we don't currently offer a built-in subscription service, we recommend bookmarking your go-to products for quick reordering. We do offer repacking services for certain kibbles. However, please note that repacked items are non-refundable and we are unable to guarantee the same freshness and shelf life as the original sealed packaging.
